It wasnt really a family thing my mom had her friend over, who in turn brought her kid over, who in turn brought HER FRIEND over =_= These kids were so hyper... and loud. I was tryin to drink and have a nice time, but the hyper kids totally ruined it. I ended up only drinking one drink. Which would have been fine, reallly (It's not like i was AIMING for drunken-ness >_>;) If only their screaming hadnt given me a headache that me want to rip out their vocal chords and then have my head xplode cause of the pain T____T
You think so? Persnally, I can't find the humour in it... but then, I guess if you're the one it happens to, it's a bit harder. :p lol
Oww. That sounds pretty terrible. None of your friends were doing anything? I like to think I started the New Year's get togethers in my group. Three years ago I decided to host a party, cause my NYE before that was just terrible. And it was an awesome party. Last year, another friend hosted one (which I don't think was as good XD) and this year it was here again, but at my new place this time, and it was awesome again! XD
I don't aim for drunkeness either, and I personally don't get why people let themselves go so far. I'd had enough to be happy, and I was fine with that!

AAAND we're back o_0 hope your new year was a lot better than mine =_=;; I was trying to get my drink on (cause hey! its the new year, right?) but the house was full of yelling and hyper kids and i soon got a headache and once the headache hit my drinking was done ._.; bleh oh well. maybe ill make up for it tonight lol. who knows? i dont @_x;; XD i felt like such an old fuddy duddy! I was sitting there waiting for the clock to strike 12 so i could go to bed o_0 cause i was all cranky cause of my head and stuff XD T__T

My new year was pretty good! I did a bit more drinking than I normally do, but not enough to regret anything. haha I guess you did a family thing? I had a bunch of friends over, which was a lot of fun. Thing is though, I woke up in the morning to find one of my friends had left us a drunk person mess all over the carpet... and left in the morning without even offering to help clean it. He did, however put two empty chip packets on top, and a note saying 'not my vomit'. Needless to say, I was pretty angry about it all. Still am...
o_0 who're u again? XP i kid. Laptop shopping went great, i got a computer that i loved n_n Toshiba in fact~ so yay me O_o Christmas went as well as can be expected. Lots of family time... very tiring =_=; I completely sleep deprived right now... and hungry... but im too tired to eat .

Yay for awesome laptop! I got an awesome computer a few months back, not sure if I mentioned that earlier. Yea, that's pretty much what xmas was like for me too.
I find, when you're sleep deprived, sleeping helps. /ok On the topic of sleep deprived, hope your New Year's Eve is a good one!
good question >_< i think it hates me =_=; oh well =P i was just saying that i get to go laptop shopping today =D woot! actually... here in a few minutes ill be leaving and HOPEFULLY ill find a laptop ^_^ i kno i sorta want a Toshiba... they seem to be very good on value and quality, and every Toshiba ive used ive loved. So thats what im looking for first =3 *unfortunately doesnt have the funds to spend on an xtreme high-end laptop =P but then again these days who does =_=;*
